The Construction Law Foundation of Ohio is a nonprofit organization organized under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donor privacy is a fundamental principle of the Foundation. Under applicable federal law, the Foundation is not required to publicly disclose donor identities, and it does not do so. Donor names and personal information are kept confidential and are used solely for internal administrative, compliance, and record-keeping purposes. Donor information is not sold, traded, or publicly shared
